We are constantly bombarded with news, information and images. Through the simultaneity of events and their direct transmission, life in the now takes us permanently. Who has time to reflect on the past? Who can still recognize themselves in larger contexts?
Famous amnesia patient HM lost the ability to form new memories after undergoing brain surgery. Based on research into this case
Now always  invites the audience to think about the dominance of the present and to question their own view of the now.

In space and video, the viewers experience the inner and outer world of a man who is caught in a memory loss that begins every minute. He takes us into his recurring mental loops between the train ride, the very first game of golf and Toast Hawaii. Can there be thinking about the future when looking back is impossible?
