NO STORAGE
performance
As part of INTERVENTIONS II
5th to 31st October 2021
water reservoir | elevated tank Kanonenweg | Stuttgart East
An empty water tank.
A room used to constant change that suddenly stands still.
A non-place - not made for us humans and yet similar to us.
But are emptiness and standstill really a lack? Or rather small movements and harbingers of the future - still unread, misunderstood and unseen?
Together with the choreographer and dancer Katharina Senzenberger, Klemens Hegen performatively deals with the architecture of the water reservoir in NO STORAGE by means of dance and spatial installation, moves through self-storage warehouses and urban gardening farms, approaches the transience of things and asks the question , which actually can actually be saved.
Concept: Klemens Hegen
Performance: Katharina Senzenberger, Klemens Hegen

The project was funded by a grant from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry for Science, Research and Art and the Stuttgart Cultural Office.
